We Build
From The
Ground Down.

Palmetto Construction Management handles the work that happens before — and beneath — anything that goes vertical: site preparation, excavation, concrete foundations, catch basins, and permit-required confined space work, done to spec and to code.

What We Self-Perform

Crews, iron, and the certifications to run the jobs most general contractors sub out. We keep the critical scopes in-house so the schedule stays ours to control.

01 / SURFACE

Site Work

Clearing, grubbing, mass grading, and site prep that gives every trade behind you a clean, true pad to build on.

02 / SUBGRADE

Excavation & Earthwork

Cut and fill, trenching, foundation excavation, and cut-to-grade balanced to your geotech report and survey stakes.

03 / BELOW GRADE

Confined Space Work

Permit-required entry for manholes, vaults, wet wells, and tanks — atmospheric monitoring, attendants, and rescue plan on every entry.

04 / FORM & POUR

Concrete Foundations

Footings, foundation walls, slabs, and flatwork — formed, poured, and finished on a subgrade we prepped ourselves, so it sits right the first time.

05 / HAUL

Hauling & Material

Concrete delivery, fill, aggregate, and spoil hauled to and from the site — our trucks on our schedule, not waiting on someone else's.

06 / DRAINAGE

Catch Basins & Drainage

Catch basins, inlets, and storm structures set, poured, and tied into finish grading and erosion control — built to pass inspection and move water where the plan intends.

Permit-Required
Confined Space

The work below grade is where experience shows. Every permit-space entry we run follows a written program — not a field improvisation.

  • Atmospheric testing for oxygen, flammables, and toxics before and during entry
  • Trained entrants, dedicated attendants, and a qualified entry supervisor on site
  • Ventilation, retrieval systems, and a non-entry rescue plan staged before anyone goes down
  • Manholes, catch basins, lift stations, wet wells, storage tanks, and underground vaults
